6. i think the equus is a nice car….but, if the price range similar to the 7 series. no contest. the marketing team at hyundai need to do what toyota and honda did. create a new luxury brand first. Consumers will not buy a “luxury” hyundai. Drop the name hyundai and they have a shot.

8. yup! people still dont buy lexus over mercedes because of brand issue. i believe hyundai is preparing a luxury brand with equus and maybe genesis, but don’t know when.
